Terms & Conditions
The short version, in plain language.
Your pass
- Season pass — one entry every festival night, 11 to 20 October 2026. It is scanned once a night and works again the next. Season passes are sold up to 2 October and not after.
- Day pass — admits one person once, on any one festival night, 11 to 20 October 2026; it is spent the first time it is scanned. ₹600, or ₹700 when bought after 9 PM on a festival night — online as well as at the counter.
- Concert tickets — Bhoomi Trivedi (9 October) and Disco Dandiya (10 October) are single-night tickets, valid on that night only. They are not festival passes and do not open the gate on any other night, and a festival pass does not open the gate on a concert night.
- Aarti offering — ₹7,500 with two day passes, or ₹11,000 with six, on any festival night; any number of families may offer the Aarti on the same night. Be at the mandap desk by 8:30 PM to collect the decorated Thali — the Aarti time is announced at the mandap each night. The 80G receipt (Form 10BE) is issued at the mandap desk against the donor's PAN.
- Gates — 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM at Tripura Vasini, Palace Grounds. A pass admits the number of people printed on it, and a QR is single-use per entry: whoever scans it first is admitted, and it cannot be used again for that night.
Entry & conduct
- Entry is subject to security checks and venue capacity. In the interest of safety, entry may close once capacity is reached.
- The organisers may refuse or revoke entry for unsafe or unlawful conduct. Rights of admission are reserved, and the gate's decision is final.
- Gates operate on published hours. There is no out pass: once your pass is scanned in, there is no re-entry on it that night.
House rules
- Dress code. Traditional Indian attire is encouraged, and required for every competition. Please dress modestly — the organisers may refuse entry where attire is inappropriate for a religious, family celebration.
- Your pass, once. Each pass admits one person unless it says otherwise. A season pass is scanned once a night and works again the next; a day pass is spent the first time it is scanned. Whoever scans a code first gets in — keep the QR to yourself and do not forward it.
- Photography. Guest photography, videography, live streaming and drones are not permitted. Official photographers cover the event; group photographs may be collected from the designated counters afterwards.
- Smoke, alcohol and substance free. Strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Anyone under the influence or in possession will be refused entry or removed without refund.
- Security and belongings. Security screening and bag inspection at the entrance. Children must stay with a parent or guardian at all times; guests are responsible for their own belongings.
- Competitions. Solo entries close on 14 October, at the desk or online. Practice Garba groups register by 1 October; the group fee is non-refundable. Dancers report by 9:30 PM. The committee's decision is final. Age is counted as of 11 October 2026, and proof of age may be asked for.
- Children's gifts. The first 150 traditionally dressed children under 10 entering before 9:30 PM receive a surprise gift each night, sponsored by the community.
- If the night is full. The venue is capped at 12,000 people a night for safety. When a night fills, online sales stop for it — passes may still be available at the counter.
- Something wrong with a pass? A dead phone, a lost link or a QR that will not scan: come to the Exception Desk at Gate No. 2 with the phone number or email you booked with.
Refunds & cancellations
Passes, concert tickets, Aarti bookings, food orders and Practice Garba group fees are not refundable and cannot be cancelled. If the trust cancels a night, tickets for that night are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days. For a payment problem, contact Support.
Payments
Prices are shown in full before payment, in Indian Rupees, with no booking fee. Passes, concert tickets and food orders include GST. The Aarti offering is a donation, not a sale: no GST applies, and its 80G receipt is issued at the mandap desk. Payments are processed by PhonePe — your card, UPI or bank details go to PhonePe and are never stored by us.
Delivery
A pass is delivered the moment payment succeeds: shown on screen, saved in My tickets on the device you booked with, and emailed if you gave an email. When WhatsApp delivery is switched on, it is also sent to the mobile you gave. A pass is a link and a QR; keep it private, because holding the QR is holding the pass. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check the email's spam folder, then contact Support or come to the Exception Desk at Gate No. 2 with the phone number or email you booked with.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
Photographs on this site
The dish photographs on the food court page are for illustration and are not photographs of the food as the stalls serve it. The venue image is an artist's impression of the hall, not a photograph of it. Nothing shown in a photograph forms part of what is sold.
Organiser accounts
The organiser console is for the event's own team. Accounts are issued by the organisers to named people, and signing in requires an account that has been granted access — being able to sign in with Google does not by itself grant any. Access is withdrawn when someone leaves the team, and may be withdrawn at any time. What you do in the console is recorded against your name.
